Want to learn about Green Business? Free Summit in Chicago
Earlier today, we reported on the invitation only Jefferies conference on “clean tech” in New York, here’s a free green business conference, the Chicago Green Business Summit for tomorrow, February 24, 2011.
The event should be a great way to learn about research, company investments and hiring plans currently in the pipeline for Green Businesses. We’d be surprised if there wasn’t a lot of networking going on.
The Chicago Green Business Summit conference is part of a series of green summits hosted by United for a Sustainable America (UFASA).
Attendee registration is free to the public. If you want to build connections over lunch, you’ll need to buy a ticket. The event will include an exhibit hall (always a great way to learn about new technologies and who’s hiring).
Can’t attend?
- If you have a Twitter account, follow the conversation through the Green Business Summit account here: UFSAsummits. We think it’s a safe bet that they will announce a hashtag you can use to follow Twitter conversations on the summit tomorrow.
- You can follow buzz for the conference through this custom Twitter Search (even after it’s over)
