Merck & Lilly lead in Pharma sales hiring. Forest & Pfizer growing fast.

Merck has 250+ sales jobs open.. followed by Lilly (160+), Forest Laboratories (90+), and Pfizer (60). The big story, though, is not just the raw numbers…but Merck and Lilly openings just spiked..a lot. Their postings have dramatically grown in the last 15 days. Data also shows a couple of funny geographic hotspots…Birmingham, AL has seen a doubling of open Pharma sales positions as has Philadelphia.
