Customer Service Specialist

Serve as a customer service contact for internal and external customers of the Patient Financial Services Department. Act as a liaison to the Extended Business Office Vendor. Respond to customer questions and concerns with third party and self pay billing procedures. Assist with third party billing follow up as necessary. Review and respond to PFS correspondence. Receive and respond to all incoming customer service calls to the department, as well as all walk in customers.
