Job Description

The Senior Consultant, Store Operations drives the development and delivery of sales, customer service and business support programs. Senior Consultants work closely and collaboratively with all Customer Support Center departments as well as Store and Field Management on the development of these programs, along with their rollout strategies. The Senior Consultant, Store Operations will be focused on store and field process simplification and will work directy with Work Force Management on the evolution of roster management, scheduling and their integration into other business systems. The Senior Consultant will need to identify and set priorities across his/her various areas of focus and strategically allocate resources to hit key milestones and project deliverables The primary responsibilities of a Senior Consultant on this team are to use knowledge of front store to contribute to the evolution of existing programs and design of new programs that improve operational processes.

This position requires strong collaboration skills as it is necessary to work cross functionally and influence our store teams, field leadership and internal business partners. This position will routinely interact with the following groups: Pharmacy Operations, Internal Store Operations, IT, Third Party Vendors, Enterprise Analytics, Workforce Management, and Community Relations. The Senior Consultant will have a role within these cross functional teams to drive initiatives and actions to realize established goals, outcomes, and timelines

This position will afford the right candidate an opportunity to grow their skills in the areas of: strategic planning, data analysis, project management, solution development, and presentation and interpersonal communication skills in a cross functional environment. The ideal candidate possesses a unique mix of leadership and communication skills that will propel them to excel in deploying innovative solutions that will be shared, adopted and deployed across the chain.

Required Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in Healthcare and/or Operations

* 1+ years of experience in Retail or Field Management Experience

* Capacity to travel periodically to stores throughout the company to gather operational input and to gauge success of programs

* Powerful Communication: The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.

* Analytical and computer skills: The ability to proficiently use Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and various internal data tables.


Verifiable Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
