SUMMARY:

The Land Management Intern supports numerous aspects of the Land Management team's day-to-day operations while also owning several special projects that will be completed during the internship period. The Intern will help support senior management and will produce deliverables integral to the Land Management functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

* Work with personnel from multiple departments, including Landlord Relations, Land Lease Finance, and Sublease Management, to assist with various deliverables

* Assist with abstraction and reconciliation of abstraction and implementation of off-line Airtouch sublease portfolio information

* Interact proactively and frequently with the Land Management team and other internal teams

* Participate in several special projects to be completed within the internship period

* Assist with the preparation of monthly land reporting

* Assist with researching land management inquires

* Assist in reconciliation of land lease accounts

OTHER:

* Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Strong analytical skills

* Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively

* Ability to work with various functional groups and different levels of employees

* Ability to work independently and take the initiative on assigned tasks and projects

* Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced environment

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Strong technical skills, particularly MS Excel. Advanced MS Excel knowledge a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related field.

ENVIRONMENT:

Approximately 95% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Approximately 5% travel may be required in support of the internship's responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
