We want you on our team...Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, an 18 minute drive from Lexington, KY is searching for a Call Center Scheduler. This is a full-time, day shift, Monday-Friday position answering multiple incoming telephone lines; obtains necessary information and transfers calls to correct individual extensions; provides information to callers as appropriate; ability to answer incoming and outgoing calls in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

* Answers incoming telephone calls following the best practice of AIDET customer services as first point contact

* Routes incoming calls to appropriate clinic extension

* other related duties within the designated scope of practice

* Adheres to the policies set forth in the revenue cycle guidelines

* Requires critical thinking skills, detail oriented with decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Must be flexible with work location assignments

Job Requirements

Education:

* High school diploma or equivalent
