We are currently seeking an Administrative Float to join our group of dedicated and experienced professionals. This is an outstanding opportunity to join our well-established non-profit organization.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The PRN Administrative Float position works under the supervision of the Business Manager.
This position will be trained to assist in a several areas of administrative support within the agency.
This is a multi-departmental position with work being assigned based on the needs of the agency on any given day.
Responsibilities will include performing a variety of duties to assist in the daily operations associated with the specific job being covered.
Directs all activities in a highly professional manner, demonstrates behavior that exemplifies the mission and values of the agency.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or an equivalent required.
Minimum of one year of phone skills, sales and/or customer service background.
Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred, but not required
