Vice President of Marketing & Communications

We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing & Communications to design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies to achieve Regina Dominican's strategic plan to grow enrollment. Our VP of Marketing & Communications will report directly to the President and oversee the entire marketing and enrollment team. The VP is responsible for the planning, development, production and distribution of effective communications for audiences internal and external to Regina Dominican. They will also play a significant role shaping the school's strategic plan and work closely with the VP of Advancement, Principal, Director of Admissions, Director of Alumnae, and Special Events Coordinator.

* Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness

* Assist the Administration in establishing systems of internal communications with the faculty and staff

* Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies

* Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

* Provide research, writing, editing and production services for publications, including news releases covering academic affairs, student service and activities, the Annual Report, the Student Directory and other printed materials as necessary

* Proactively develop and produce stories and weekly press releases to be shared with a wide range of media outlets and internal members of the Regina Dominican community


* Commitment to the mission and values of Regina Dominican

* BA in Integrated Communications and Marketing or related field, Master's degree highly desirable

* People leadership experience

* Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

* Strong analytical and project management skills

* Excellent design, writing and communications skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Acrobat Creative Suite

* Strong interpersonal, organizational and management skills

* Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords

* Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools
