Commercial Imaging Specialist - Burr Ridge

Provide support within the Collateral and Records management department of the Commercial Banking division. Activities are conducted in accordance with established systems, procedures and policies. Provide a quality control verification of all imaged commercial files

Major Areas of Accountability

* Responsible for all aspects of document imaging for the Commercial Lending division. Perform quality control checks on imaged documents. Correct errors to document types, sub types, dates and comments.

* Review and delete duplicate documents or documents sent to wrong containers identified during the QC process.

* Back up daily monitoring of the TCFIMAGE mailbox. Uploading documents using KnowledgeLake Connect, Indexing and saves to the imaging system. Responsible for indexing and uploading scanned batch legal documents sent to KnowledgeLake Capture. Ensure work is completed within the prescribed deadline.

* Maintain the hard copy files with wet documents received from the regions.

* Send non-wet documents for destruction when required.

* Retrieve hard copy documents for requests received from regional staff. Scan the requested documents to the imaging site for requestor access and future availability. Responsible to communicate delivery expectations to requesting regional staff.

* Retrieve hard copy documents for audit or subpoena requests. Gather documents and save them to a drive folder for reviewer access. Save documents to the imaging site for future availability.

* Responsible for Legal file QC review when the Closing files are received from the region.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience

* 2 years' experience in service-related environment in a corporate setting.

* Excellent customer service skills and a team player.

* Accuracy and attention to detail.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Highly organized and detail oriented.

* Ability to adapt to new demands and changing priorities.

* Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook.

* Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with co-workers and management.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree from four-year college in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience in Bank Operations

* Experience with documentation imaging systems

* Experience with loan documentation and collateral tracking systems
