Employee will work in a refrigerated environment, generally 36-45 degrees. Employee may work standing on the floor or on a small platform next to a conveyor belt. Employee may work in the smokehouse, as a belly pinner or other positions. Employee may work loading pork bellies into an injector. Employee may frequently and repetitively lift up to 40 pounds.
