Bombardier Business Aircraft's Wichita Service Center is located at the original Learjet manufacturing site in the Air Capital of the World. Its dedicated staff of nearly 250 is equipped to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, as well as interior modifications, avionics installations, paint and provide Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support for Bombardier Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft. In April 2015, the facility expanded with an addition of 38,000 square feet of hangar space, bringing its total square footage to 113,000 and enabling the facility to service more aircraft, including Global aircraft.

The Business Analyst Intern will be responsible for working in a team environment to provide support in assisting with special projects and processes. Projects provide exposure to current matters facing the department and/or operating business groups. This internship experience will allow individuals to apply the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to real-world business experiences.

In your role, you will:

* Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative support duties: registrations, data management, reports

* Assist with program administration for Leading Edge program including database management, customer contacts and follow-up, vendor reporting

* Learn about Bombardier aircraft maintenance programs, Bombardier Aerospace Systems, and processes

* Analyze and compile data

* Update and maintain databases

* Assist with projects that focus on delivering results against the business plan

* Interface with Bombardier personnel to ensure consistent, practical and effective solutions

As our ideal candidate,

* You are currently enrolled at recognized university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing/Communication or Information Systems preferred)

* You have basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* You are able to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (average 25-35 hours per week)

* You are able to demonstrate interpersonal skills and are a team player ready to support your colleagues.

* You are self-motivated and able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.

* You have strong organizational skill and attention to detail.

* You have strong communication skills: written and verbal, editing ability a plus

* You have excellent customer service skills
