The incumbent is responsible for the effective design, implementation, and operation of the safety/health/security/fire protection processes at this double line flat glass manufacturing facility. The incumbent will oversee these processes as well as the supporting staff within these areas. The incumbent will manage the Human Performance process, schedule appropriate training, and maintain the process. Communication with all levels of the organization is critical to accomplishing objectives and securing commitment to and compliance with legal and corporate expectations.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management or a related discipline is required
- Three years of related work experience in the field is required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are needed, as is the ability to influence and lead action at the Plant level
