This position is located in the Human Resources Department in Wichita Falls, Texas
Primary responsibilities will include:
  • Support the Wichita Falls Talent Acquisition team as well as other HR functional areas.
  • Schedule appointments (interviews, testing, walk-thru interviews with supervisors, etc)
  • Conduct reference checks.
  • Assist with preparation for New Hire Orientation.
  • Follow-up with candidates regarding testing, onboarding, etc.
  • Data entry.


Basic Qualifications

  • Associates Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year Human Resource experience.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or closely related field of study.
  • 2+ years of experience within a Human Resources Department.
  • Strong experience/knowledge of MS office.
  • Experience working in Human Resources or in a Customer Service role.
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
