This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Davie, Florida region and is a short term temporary-to-fulltime employment opportunity. This Customer Service Representative will process orders, speak with patients and handle accounts for the Caribbean. In addition this Customer Service Representative must be tech savvy and type over 45 words per minute with strong understanding of the Microsoft Excel and Outlook programs. Key responsibilities - Field and send out send written business correspondence - Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion - Be a part of business development by actively cross-selling and referring customers - Receive and place telephone calls - Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Medical records experience - Proficiency in numeric data entry - Proven knowledge of medical spelling - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications - Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanor applied to all tasks - Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well - Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods - 2+ years? experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred - Strong problem solving and analytical skills If you are a service 'champion' who looks to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs, we want to hear from you.
