We're currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

What you'll do:

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and completion of Coalfire's Professional Services projects. You'll effectively manage project work through all project stages including planning, initiating, executing, controlling, and closing project milestones. You should be highly skilled at understanding the complex needs of Coalfire clients, translating client expectations and scope of services into project plans, and orchestrating the successful execution of the work to the specified timelines on a consistent basis. You will also need to understand the Coalfire business and the key performance indicators critical to measuring and tracking business success.

* Effectively execute and control the project work through all project phases including proactive risk identification, mitigation, and issues management

* Create project documentation and artifacts as needed to support project execution

* Manage the overall project management including managing scheduling, assigning tasks, motivating resources, and resolving problems

What you'll bring:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study

* Two to four (2-4) years of overall proven success in Project Management with a professional services consulting firm or IT project management organization (preferably within Security/IT Audit/Compliance environments)

* Proven ability to interact with high-priority clientele, demonstrating excellent customer service

* Organization, strategy, and overall execution of multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

* Experience with professional services automation software such as OpenAir

Bonus points:

* PMP certification

* Cybersecurity industry experience
