Responsibilities

* Responsible for collecting functional specialist input; analyzing, synthesizing, and synopsizing this input.

* Provides an integrated DCMA assessment of the contractor's program performance as well as recommendations for future programmatic efforts.

* Identifies and documents contract deficiencies early in the program life-cycle so that they can be corrected to minimize downstream impacts.

* Evaluates the contractor's adherence to contractual requirements as well as the timely identification and notification of significant issues, risks and concerns.

* Participates with customers in program reviews at CMO, contractor, or customer locations.

* Provide technical/programmatic advice and direction to the Supporting Program Integrators (SPIs) at lower tier CMOs in all contract administration/program management support matters relating to subcontractor/supplier CMOs.

* Maintains communications with DCMA Customer Liaison Representatives, the Chief Operating Officer's (COO) Sector Divisions, DCMA Commands, other PIs, subcontractor CMO personnel, and Program Management Office personnel.

Travel Required

Occasional travel - Business Travel is required 10% of the time.

QUALIFICATIONS: In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.

To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level GS11. Specialized experience is defined as: experience in program administration advising and analyzing program performance and objectives; experience planning and coordinating program integration actions involving Major Defense Acquisition Programs. Experience developing and interpreting technical and administrative guidance for execution and contract support.

Education cannot be substituted for experience.
