Primary Skills: Office 365, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Mobile Devices

Duration: 12+ Months but opportunity for conversion to Fulltime

Contract: Only W2, No Corp to Corp

Job Responsibilities:

* Operator, monitor, maintain computer systems/services and prepare activity reports

* Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults and technical hardware/software issues

* Logging customer/employee queries, analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues

Job Requirement:

* Knowledge of Active directory, Windows OS, Lenovo & Mac Hardware, mobile devices

* Knowledge of O365 cloud, Microsoft Lync, MS Outlook, Symantec Endpoint Protection

* Knowledge of VIOP phones, Wireless Networks, SCCM client, RSA Console/Technology
