As a Lean Specialist for the Process Analysis team, you will act as a Lean mentor within Customer and Technical Support, including leading process improvement projects and coaching and mentoring others in Lean tools and methodology. By applying a strong collaboration skillset to process improvements, this role will help to remove roadblocks and create solutions for both customers and Customer and Technical Support.
What do you need to succeed?
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with 2-3 years' experience with day to day application of Lean principles, project management and improving business processes. Demonstrated ability to effectively engage in conflict resolution, collaborate across multiple levels and layers of an organization, evidence of strong leadership skills particularly from a non-leadership role, and ability to drive both simple and complex projects to resolution. Formal and informal mentoring and coaching within a matrixed organization. Evidence of utilization of Lean concepts and methodologies and experience with data analysis and being an objective, open-minded change agent.
Monday-Friday- 8-5pm, overtime as needed.
