Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a opening to join our organization.

Day to Day:

Summary: The purpose of this position is to provide financial, managerial, and systems support, drive operational and streamlining initiatives, reporting, and modeling expertise for Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC. Specifically, this position will work with the Director, Finance to implement standardized reporting and costing at all Chromalloy locations. The systems will be designed to provide enhanced performance measurement and operational control as well as measuring product costs and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Key role is to work with Global Operating Units to standardize reporting and costing systems.

* Assist the Operating Units to develop internal cost structures including cost centers, budget versus actual comparisons, flexible budgets for direct cost centers, part profitability, etc.

* Provide financial analysis and support for directing and facilitating weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and annual business plans.

* Analyze key performance indicators to identify underlying business issues, and provide input for operational decisions.

* Lead special projects central to improving analytical tools, internal business processes, and overall management decision processes.

* Participate in developing monthly operations review, benchmarking studies, and various management presentations.

* Make recommendations regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities across the organization.

* Future MRP system implementation / upgrades across all Plants will be an integral part of this position.

Additional Information:

Requirements:

Education: BA or BS in Accounting or Finance

MBA or CPA preferred

Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience including at least 3 years preferably in aerospace / MRO or a manufacturing environment. Estimated travel at 10%.

Skills:

* Extensive experience with complex cost accounting and control systems is required.

* Strong operational background is required.

* Must possess strong potential to grow and high career aspirations.

* Ability to work independently and proactively to develop solutions with minimal guidance.

* Extensive computer experience including MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office products, database, etc., EPICOR experience a plus.

* A relentless and versatile learner who is open to change and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks

* Strong oral and written communication skills.

* Strong understanding of systems, financial, and operational processes.
