Customer Service Manager

Warren Oil has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Manager in West Memphis location. Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure superior service by delivering products and services to exceed customer expectations. There will be a focus on the individual needs of each customer, directly or through the support of other team members, promoting long-term relationships and superior customer service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Maintain and monitor the Open Orders report to track that orders are shipping in a timely manner

* Work directly with purchasing and production to ensure that product is available to meet the customer's needs

* Assist Customer Service Representatives in their daily work

* Review all CSR work and orders entered

* Answer phone calls from customers and potential customers

* Build and maintain good relationships with customers

* Process customer orders received via fax, email, phone, and EDI

* Communicate with the customer on shipping and delivery dates

* Provide product pricing and availability information

* Record and resolve all customer complaints

* Assist accounts receivable with resolving issues with customer payments/deductions

* Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred or relevant work experience
