Research Assistant - West Lafayette - Human Development & Family Studies

Seeking bilingual research assistant to work across several grant funded projects in Human Development and Family Studies. Responsibilities to include:

* Implementing project protocols with participating families in both English and Spanish.

* Implementing participant recruitment and family visits.

* Supervising and training undergraduate and graduate research assistance regarding participant-related tasks.

* Providing intellectual contributions to the design and implementation of the projects and actively engaging in project meetings.

This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking research experience prior to applying to graduate school, as it will provide experience at multiple levels of research development, implementation, and evaluation.

Required:

* Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Development, Communication Disorders, or related.

* One year of experience working with young children and/or parents. Experience gained while in pursuit of degree will be considered.

* Fluent in Spanish and English.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong organizational skills.

* Valid US or Canadian driver's license.
