CRM Analyst / Marketing Coordinator- West Lafayette - Agricultural Economics

Work with the Marketing team and other staff members for the coordination and maintenance of the CRM; responsible for managing the stability, resiliency, and general heath related to the CRM database, as well as the day-to-day development, maintenance, and optimization. This position will play a significant role in managing marketing campaigns within our CRM. The ideal candidate will be process oriented, pay close attention to details, and have analytical thinking skills. This position will prepare monthly analytics reports for the website, blog and social media sites. This position will also be responsible for the execution of required support to assigned faculty.


* High School Diploma / GED

* Four Years' experience in Business-to-Business (B-2-B) marketing or B2B customer service

* Experience creating reports, formulas, charts and graphics

* Database management, configuration, reporting and data analysis, as well as database maintenance skills

* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively collaborate

* Strong communication skills

* Analytical individual to take initiative to solve problems and assume responsibility

* Creative and professional individual with diplomacy to influence and build work relationships among a diverse workforce at all levels

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint


* Experience with Customer Relations Management (CRM) system
