Vacancy: Senior HR Business Partner

Location: West Chester, PA

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing HR services across a range of areas (e.g. recruitment, performance management, reward and benefits) to the West Whiteland site. The Senior HRBP will manage one local HR professional.

Key responsibilities

* Provide site HR leadership in coordination with wider US, Sector and Group HR teams.

* Support the development and implementation of HR policies, guidelines and procedures.

* Participate in the tri-annual salary negotiations with the local Union.

* Support in delivering the annual HR plan, including project management of key annual HR process cycles within West Whiteland (engagement, talent, performance and reward).

* Oversight of recruitment at the Site.

* Manage the HR budget.

* Responsible for all HR reports and KPI's.

* Contribute to ensure compliance with legislation and JM policies and procedures.

* Provide oversight and governance in respect of remuneration processes.

* Lead in talent management and succession planning; understand the talent agenda for the business, identify key gaps, potential talent and anticipate/plan development needs.

* Provide coaching and counsel to the senior leadership team.

* Understand the strategic direction of the business and provide guidance and insight to senior management in support of delivery against relevant business goals and objectives.

* Lead organisation design and effectiveness activities.

* Provide proactive HR management during organisation changes and restructuring programmes.

* Contribute how HR processes could be managed in a more efficient and effective way.

Are you the ideal candidate?

* Must have significant post-graduation experience in HR management.

* Experience of working in an operations/manufacturing environment, essential.

* Significant union/labor relations experience, essential.

* Experience of working in a modern HR operating model (with exposure to shared services and centres of expertise), essential.

* Experience of working in an international, matrix business environment, essential.

* Must be a self-starter who is able to effectively manage workload and conflicting priorities.

* Articulate communicator with an ability to build strong, professional relationships at all levels, essential.

* Must be able to work autonomously whilst being a strong team player with a collaborative approach.

* Analytical with excellent project Management skills, essential.

* Must be willing to challenge the status quo and have an innovative approach to HR Management.
