Job Description

This role would suit someone with a strong background in managing large scale enterprise transformations, experience/ passion for bringing new healthcare products and services to market, and ability to lead in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment.

This role will work with the Head of Consumer Product Strategy to build out an effective execution strategy and work across the Enterprise with stakeholders to drive successful execution of the product strategy. This role will also convene stakeholders and clinical teams to assure alignment across the enterprise with new products and solutions. Along with execution strategy, this role will monitor KPI's and ensure we constantly deliver the best experience for the consumer and have maximum impact on health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have consumer health product experience with known brands and expertise in ideation, design and product strategy in the areas of consumer and digital healthcare. This role requires orthogonal thinking and the ability to work in a startup like environment within a Fortune 10 company. Experience in connecting DTC to B2B is also a strong plus.

Required Qualifications

20+ years in healthcare business development or leadership roles with consumer products background.

Preferred Qualifications

Working in large, matrixed organization to launch product to various channels.

Education

BS/BA in a related discipline required. Masters/advanced degree desired.
