Kelly Services, Inc. a $5.5 billion world leader in workforce management services and human resources solutions seeks a Data Analytics Consultant. This individual will be responsible for providing high level data analytical support to Account leaders and one specific client across multiple solutions to include staffing and Outsourcing Consulting Group (OCG). Will also work closely with Integrated Operations Lead, Director of Process Excellence, and Global Solutions Client Lead in the development of customer facing analytics. Will proactively analyze data for trends related to talent and/or supplier utilization, provide and analyze client data to support business decisions and to support internal and external business recommendations, and create/identify process improvements in order to meet the needs of our external clients. This role will also focus on future value analysis in order to assist our clients in their workforce program needs. The person may be responsible for analyzing and researching industry trends, contributing to white papers and contributing information to support RFP responses. This person will also provide proactive consultation to the client by delivering analytically-informed recommendations and business case solutions for opportunities identified by transforming data into insights.

This individual will also need to create complex data models in support of key program initiatives including spend management and multi-solution expansion efforts as well as ROI analysis and strategic direction evaluation.

This is an individual contributor role that will support a specific Global Solutions (GS) client.

This individual will also act as a coordinator of cross functional teams involved in the engagement. As a tenured operations staff member, this position completes highly complex and analytical functions in order to drive recommendations and improvements. When not assigned to a client engagement, the position will support various continuous improvement initiatives. May direct the work of others.


* Overall Accountable for Data Analysis/Account Management Support

* Support account leaders and client in data analysis

* Execute project tasks, including data gathering from systems and resources at client site(s)

* Determine client and practice area needs and customize reporting systems (using macros and other data manipulation techniques) in order to meet those needs.

* Partner with analytics teams to develop, streamline, consolidate and enhance tools & processes to increase profitability and contribution for client accounts.

* Develop, enhance and track value engineering efforts for clients and account overall cost savings/cost out measurements, including leading business management projects (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.) to demonstrate value add to client.

* Proactively analyze data for trends leading to value for current client.

* Working with clients to understand process, systems, and structure; daily interaction with the client—and potentially suppliers—to identify and escalate project risks as well as resolve related issues and questions.

* Work with Integrated Operations Lead, Director of Process Excellence, and Global Solutions to present findings and develop recommendations; and escalate changes to scope.

Qualifications Required:

* Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience in General Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management.

* 7 years of experience in staffing industry - preferred.

* Prior experience with data modeling

* Data extraction and compilation from various systems, including procurement portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
