If you answered yes, then Bright Horizons has the position for YOU! We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Corporate Digital Media team.

As the Digital Marketing Analyst, YOU will measure and evaluate the effectiveness of online marketing investments. YOU will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract customers to company website, online presence and promote online products or services. YOU analyze online statistics and help to identify areas to optimize online marketing performance.

What you will be doing:

* Maintain measurement plans which align with business and marketing goals. Drive processes which translate data into accurate performance reports. Uncover lead funnel shifts and audience insights, while staying attuned to broader site innovation opportunities.

* Customizing Google Analytics and Tag Manager to track visitor activity, the analyst delivers findings through dashboards and visualizations which support marketers and business leaders across multiple channels.

* Implement tagging schemes and test plans for site enhancements, campaigns and conversion programs. Identify gaps, troubleshoot technical issues and document changes with interfaces and reporting.

* Regularly analyze performance and pull reports from a variety of data sources. Researches and recommends optimizations and tests for driving engagement and improving lead conversions based on data. Independently produces web analytics and related reporting outputs at the team and collaborator level.

* Contribute expertise to customer-facing initiatives (segmentation and profiling, marketing automation, e-mail, social media, CRM integration, etc.).

* Maintain functional expertise in key digital marketing experiments and tactics related to web analytics and optimization, including A/B testing.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.

* Minimum 2 years hands-on skills experience with clickstream analysis tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

* Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.

* Strong critical reasoning, multi-tasking, and analytical skills.

* Experience with custom dimensions and metrics, Google Tag Manager, events, goals, and advanced segmentation.

* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.

* Experience with Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Facebook Analytics, Sitecore Analytics, and SEMRush a plus.

* Exposure to JavaScript or other experience reading code a plus.

* Knowledge of search engine optimization, lead attribution models, and landing page optimization a plus.
