Job Description

Position Summary: The Chief of Staff to the CEO will work closely with the CEO to program manage the execution of corporate strategy as well as the cadence of management reporting and review. Additionally, this person will manage discrete enterprise-level strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Work with CEO and his staff to prioritize allocation of CEO's time

* Participate in internal meetings with Executive Leadership Team for purpose of identifying areas requiring cross-divisional coordination; subsequently work with relevant stakeholders to ensure action/resolution

* Support the quarterly management reporting and review cadence. This includes managing the development of board presentations

* Lead cross-divisional initiative to upgrade management reporting

* Manage special projects within Office of the CEO, examples include: a) developing end-to-end business case for new growth opportunities b) managing the upper funnel of new partnership opportunities (e.g. facing off with prospective partner C-suite introductory meetings) and managing hand-off to Corporate Development or Product teams c) establishing and running temporary war-rooms to manage urgent issues requiring cross-functional coordination

* Support CEO in preparation for, and meetings with, prospects, clients, employees, investors, and potential partners. This includes overseeing desktop research, and establishing a point of view

* Represent CEO's agenda in meetings (internal and external) when CEO cannot be present.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously transparently, ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders understand the projects' goals and deliverables

Education, Experience, & Skills Required:

* Bachelor of Arts or Science, MBA preferred

* Experience interacting with senior level executives (i.e. C-suite)

* Strong business acumen (e.g. ability to build financial models, basic statistical models and other business case elements)

* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

* Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare industry

* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in consulting, banking, private equity, business development, or similar fields
