Account Supervisor

As an account supervisor, you are a savvy marketer deeply rooted in client service with a growth mindset in high-tech and gaming. This role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of assigned accounts and works collaboratively across CMD teams. You'll need a head for detail, a strong POV, knowledge of marketing principles, and have a natural curiosity for technology. If you're a gamer you get bonus points! THINGS YOU WILL DO

* Create client relationships through regular in-person, phone, and email engagements; act as a liaison for the client with all agency departments

* Leverage strategic insights and industry knowledge to support client endeavors

* Develop documentation including project briefs, creative briefs, conference reports, status reports and project case studies.

* Actively partner with strategy, creative, project management, and other practice leads to ensure all work is on strategy and on target to exceed client needs and expectations

* Oversee fiscal responsibility for assigned accounts including billings, change orders, and SOW review and approval

* Understand business categories for assigned clients, continue to grow and learn about different marketing disciplines, and keep up on emerging trends in social channels

* Work in tandem with the group account director to develop marketing plans

* Establish new relationships within assigned accounts for growth opportunities

* Partner with internal teams on net new business opportunities

* Keep CRM updated and track activity

THINGS YOU HAVE

* Four-year degree from an accredited college or university; master's degree a plus

* Business acumen and broad marketing knowledge

* Passion for and knowledge of emerging technologies, social media, and digital marketing

* A solid understanding of gaming and game streaming

* Five or more years of agency and marketing experience

* Management of revenue reporting and forecasting

* Ability to travel 10–25%, as required

* Strong written and verbal communication, and persuasive skills

* Excellent computer and software skills

* An eye for exceptional creative and the ability to sell it through
