    Position Overview




    E3/Sentinel seeks a Senior Analyst to join our team in support of a federal government client's Program Management Office (PMO) implementing financial system modernization (FSM) for itself and in support of customers. 







    Responsibilities




    • Provides program/project planning support, complex methodology development and evaluation support, business process re-engineering, identifying best practices, change management, requirements management, business management techniques, and organizational development.

    • Manages the Intergrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program.

    • Applies IT acquisition and system engineering knowledge to develop, review and revise program acquisition and system engineering documentation.

    • Provides support and coordination for integrated project team (IPT) meetings and working sessions.

    • Provides support to subject matter experts and collaborates with SMEs to complete program deliverables

    • Provides analysis of business processes and identifies best practices.

    • Provides support to communications and change management as needed.

    • SME and Integrated Project Team (IPT) Support

    • Financial Management and Program Cost Estimation






    Required Qualifications




    • PMO support experience

    • BS/BA degree

    • 10+ years experience 

    • The ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability

    • MS Project and Schedule Management experience






    Preferred Qualifications




    • DHS Acquisition and System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) experience

    • MS degree

    • 12 years experience total

    • SharePoint development experience

    • Life Cycle Cost Estimating Development Experience
