Candidates will serve as SIGINT expert responsible for conceiving, planning, developing and performing operational management, policymaking, and oversight actions for overt and controlled operational intelligence activity of national and theater level significance. Serve as command focal point for coordinating all controlled AWG SIGINT systems operations. Support SIGINT-related actions with visiting U.S. and foreign dignitaries and senior officials, to include General/Flag Officer and Senior Executive Service personnel. Prepare and present briefings, organize and participate in SIGINT conferences. Assist in developing theater SIGINT architecture and strategy, and responsible for ensuring that SIGINT support for exercises is planned and executed properly.


The candidate will be asked to develop, coordinate, facilitate, and perform multi-intelligence analysis and fusion in support of Counter Improvised Explosive Device (CIED) efforts and operations integrating national level products and databases to provide an enhanced level of CIED information support; provide analytical reach-back support to forward deployed analysts and units, provide intelligence and forensic expertise and support with respect to munitions exploitation (Weapons Technical Intelligence); conduct asymmetric threat analysis and exploitation; identify intelligence gaps, specify and submit collection requirements to collection manager and analysts; identify significant intelligence trends and propose new or revised analytical efforts to alert leadership to developments and meet customer needs; analysis may focus on network structures, operational capabilities, technologies, and support to CIED targeting operations; conduct network and social network analysis to identify vulnerabilities within adversary organizations that may be exploited.


The candidate must possess the following in order to be considered for this job: excellent research and writing skills; five or more years of relevant SIGINT experience with either the U.S. military or other federal government agency(ies); experience conducting CIED analysis; experience in network and social network analysis, mission analysis, threat analysis; should have at least one year of overseas SIGINT Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) related experience; experience with geospatial and data mining tools, such as CIDNE, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS 9.3, Tripwire Analytic Capability, M3, A-SPACE, CTKB, and INTELINK; formal training as an intelligence analyst; education with focus in the CENTCOM AOR; experience in socio-cultural analysis; familiarity with CALEB methodologies; OIF/OEF deployed experience; targeting experience; experience within the Special Forces Community; training in Weapons Technical Intelligence.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Current TS/SCI clearance; Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
