CRM Dynamics Developer

CRM Developer to support a Federal client. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and perpetual learner who is excited to solve some of our clients’ toughest challenges. The successful candidate must be skilled in developing CRM applications using customization and configuration techniques to help our customers achieve their goals.

Primary Duties

  • Responsible for the development, and on-going support of custom applications and objects within Microsoft (MS) Dynamics CRM
  • Designs and implements MS Dynamics CRM solutions to be fully compliant with customer business processes
  • Presents findings to customers and staff assigned to the project
  • Works independently and balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
  • Intimately familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices to engage with team, leadership, and government clientele on project development
  • Integrates multiple software products across cloud and hybrid environments
  • Develop scripts, identifies, and resolves bugs on MS Dynamic CRM to enhance user experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field
  • Must successfully complete a stringent Background Investigation and obtain the required Government Security (Active DHS clearance is a plus - U.S. Citizenship is a requirement)
  • 3+ years of related experience including experience in design, analysis, and implementation of large-scale, complex data architectures
  • 3+ years working with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery, JSON, CRM SDK, T-SQL, APS.Net
  • 2+ years of strong SQL development experience
  • 2+ years’ experience working in Dynamics CRM
  • Experience working in an Agile environment leveraging design and engineering best practices
  • Knowledge of Data Management, Data integration, Data Quality and Data Architecture concepts
  • Experience in the design, maintenance and implementation of applications that interact with database systems
  • Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and both written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to interact comfortably with Senior Leadership and/or Government Executives
  • Self-starter who can provide client solutions with minimal instructions and can run independently on projects
  • Demonstrated ability to adequately plan and meet delivery objectives and maintain adequate service levels in a highly dynamic, complex environments
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating effective business workflow processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with successful implementation of SharePoint/Power BI solutions
  • Experience with the HR module in MS Dynamics
  • Experience with MS Cloud solution, Azure
  • Experience with Section 508 compliance
