ServiceNow Developer (Primarily Remote, Secret Clearance Required)

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in the Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules. The ServiceNow Developer will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of APM and SPM solutions to streamline our organization's application and portfolio management processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and a proven track record of successful APM and SPM module implementations. Primarily remote, onsite once a month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow APM and SPM Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand application and portfolio management requirements.
  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on the APM and SPM modules.
  • Configure APM and SPM workflows, reports, and dashboards to support portfolio decision-making processes.
  • Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of APM and SPM modules, ensuring they align with organizational goals and processes.
  • Integrate ServiceNow APM and SPM with other systems and data sources as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Customization and Enhancement: Customize ServiceNow APM and SPM modules to meet specific business needs and requirements.
  • Enhance and optimize existing APM and SPM functionalities to improve usability and efficiency.
  • Develop scripts, business rules, and UI policies to extend platform capabilities.
  • Data Management: Manage and maintain data within APM and SPM modules, including application data, portfolio data, and related metadata.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Develop data migration strategies and execute data migrations when necessary.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Create and maintain detailed documentation of APM and SPM module configurations, customizations, and workflows.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams to enable self-service usage and administration.
