Platform Content Coordinator

The Platform Content Coordinator plays a crucial role in the development of our company. This person is in charge of the growth of our content library of tasks and tests, which is the core of our platform.
The scope involves coordinating cooperation between external developers and Devskiller internal teams, making sure the tasks and tests created are up to our standards and pass our quality assurance process.

Cooperate with external developers who deliver content to our platform
Coordinate and monitor the development of tasks throughout the whole process, starting from the initial concept of the task, through its development, collecting feedback from our team, passing it on to the task author, the final acceptance, and publishing the task on our platform
Take care of legal paperwork when working with remote contractors
Recruit external contractors for various programming technologies so that they can become our task authors
Assist the sales team in answering client questions regarding the platform content
Act as the point of contact and communicate content progress for the Devskiller team
Improve the content delivery pipeline

Solid organizational skills
Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
Outstanding collaboration skills
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role

Nice to have
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello)
A technical background or a basic understanding of programming
