Customer Service Representative I -
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative I for a leader in the healthcare industry. This is a temp to perm position, the pay is $13.00/hour and will be for 1st shift, M-F 9:30a-6:00p. These are entry level, front end CSR positions who will be in one of our large call centers.
JOB FUNCTIONS
CSRs will be taking calls from patients for Rx re-orders, may have to occasionally speak with doctors/nurses, but mainly patients.
Will take 50-60 calls a day, inbound and outbound.
Perform data entry and use software programs.
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary.
Responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
Required to meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team; and identify and report trends in call drivers to management.
Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have 2 yrs experience; retail customer service experience in a call center is a plus.
Candidates also need to have at least 6 months with previous employer
Initial training is roughly 2 weeks and during this time it would be 9am - 530pm, receiving and placing telephone calls.
Good communication skill and motivation
Basic PC skills
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
