Design and develop materials to communicate information through visual means such as brochures, briefings, displays, videos, awards or other products as needed utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint and Publisher. Interpret abstract concepts to create understandable, error-free visual materials to include illustrations, graphs, tables, and photographs.

Utilize Operate Government-furnished equipment to record events performed by Army client or coordinate the recording services through available resources. Store electronic copies of all products on the Army client Portal. Support Army client events and ceremonies.

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Arts, or related field.

* A minimum of 4 consecutive years experience (within the last 10 years) with a business or Government organization.

* Minimum of 1 year experience with a Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs.

Experience converting vague concepts, descriptions and ideas into presentation materials; experience utilizing MS office products and Adobe Creative suite tools to develop briefing packages, documentation packages, spreadsheets, awards, certificates and other visual material.

An active/current Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.

Essential Functions

Physical Requirements:

Light- Work usually requires standing or walking to a significant degree. Exerts up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently to move objects.

Work Environment:

Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.

Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Equipment and Machines:

Standard office equipment and machines, computer workstation.


With the exception of STD/LTD/FMLA & approved time off, attendance is considered essential.

Must be able to work within the shift hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

May be required to work outside of normal shift hours when required for mission support.

Other Essential Functions:

Must have an active security clearance at time of hire.

Must pass drug testing.

Must be able to read and write effectively in English.

Must be able to work under supervision and respond appropriately and professionally to criticism from a supervisor.
