Food and Beverage Supervisor

Supervise the following food outlets: Cottonwood, Tule Grill and 777 Lounge. Issue written and oral instructions, monitor customer satisfaction of their activity. Issue written and oral insructions, monitor customer satisfaction of food, service and atmosphere, train new employees and monitor their activity. Deal with customer and employee complaints, follow F&B SOP's policy and procedures. Willing to learn existing and new software in order to perform job requirement. Other duties as required. High School diploma or GED required. Must be 21 years of age. Experience in a restaurant or a related field preferred. Food Handlers Card and knowledge of Health Code Requlations required. Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Tools & Equipment include: Micros system or POS system, 10 key calculator, telephone and credit card reference checking system machine. Minimum one (1) year cash handling and customer service experience required. Must be able to pass Oregon State Police background to obtain gaming license.
