Responsible for Players Club registration, maintenance, and assist in promotions/events. Process sales transactions on gift shop items according to the Gift Shop Policies and Guidelines. Provide exceptional service to our guests and builds strong positive relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and increase new business. Assist the Club Supervisor to ensure the staff and Players Club is running smoothly and efficiently, i.e., supervising, reports, and with void tickets.
High School Diploma or GED. Must be 21 years of age or older. Possess upbeat, friendly and helpful attitude is essential. Excellent verbal, written and listening skills. Communicate well with all levels of personnel, management, and with customers. Communicate professionally over the telephone is required. Effectively present information and respond to questions and concerns. Establish and maintain positive working relationships. Must be able to pass Oregon State Police background to obtain gaming license.
