Product Marketing Manager

ZoomInfo is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to be part of the ZoomInfo Product Team. You will work closely with our internal teams and customers to build relationships by providing training and technical support. You will work with our prospects and customers to assess their needs and address questions about ZoomInfo product functionality.

Responsibilities:

* Train internal teams on new products, features, and updated functionality

* Ensure internal trainings are targeted to help achieve set goals

* Work closely with Sales and Client Services as a trusted advisor, especially during early stages of adoption to ensure successful implementations

* Support implementations with customers technical staff, such as crafting a custom demo as needed

* Support customers during beta test programs or pre-launch activities

* Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate progress, and identify impactful product wins

* Analyze feedback and extract route problem(s) to help define future improvements

* Support marketing activities at trade shows, events, etc.

Requirements:

* Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

* Proven business analysis and problem-solving skills

* Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting

* CRM experience, bonus Salesforce

* Understand the concepts of web servers and databases

* 1-3 years experience in technical sales, operations, or customer service

* Travel expectations 10-30%
