  • Overview




    Under the direction of the Client Relationships Manager, the Senior Client Services Representative is responsible for providing outsourcing client services, ensuring rapid response and high satisfaction levels.  The Senior Client Services Representative provides quality administrative backup to the Director and/or Client Relationships Manager as needed and assists with all aspects of day-to-day operations of the BAL Outsourcing Team.







    Responsibilities




    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Under the supervision of Client Relationships Manager):



    • Provide outsourcing support to BAL clients 

    • Assist the Client Services department with administrative tasks as needed

    • Assist the Client Services department with maintaining client information (data-entry)

    • Assist with Client Services time and billing process

    • Monitor and maintain client inbox and processes

    • Assist and spearhead streamlining of current processes

    • Maintain and manage client deliverables

    • Assist with escalations and ad-hoc projects

    • Assist with monitoring client data integrity


    SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Under the supervision of Client Relationships Manager):



    • Other duties as assigned






    Qualifications




    • Commitment to excellence and high standards

    • Ability to manage priorities and workflow

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to: Pivot tables and Vlookups

    • Acute attention to detail

    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels

    • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

    • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player

    • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups

    Experience:


    • Minimum of 3 years Client Services experience in the legal industry

    • Two years of immigration experience


    Minimum Education Level:


    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
