Expert understanding of viewability, ad fraud and tech stack fees and ecosystem. Ability to take digital advertising data and utilize it to optimize campaigns and report on campaign performance. Ability to effectively communicate paid display strategy and results to internal team and clients. Excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Self-starter - able to identify what needs to be done and implement change. Channel expert - you stay on top of all the latest news and trends. Strong communication skills with experience in presenting findings to all levels of the organization Develop user journeys and new funnel tactics to drive higher engagement and conversion rates from known and unknown customer datasets Keen knowledge of ad targeting and media optimization. Accustomed to rapid cadence of test and learn. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Passion for paid media marketing and other digital marketing offerings. Analytical frame of mind. Strong marketing and communications background with a strong grasp on triggered and automated marketing campaigns Strong communication skills and multitasking capabilities. A hands-on team player who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-centric. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field. 5+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years of hands-on and agency management paid display experience.
