A Stylist contributes to a profitable and customer-centric environment through supporting the store/shop management team in elevating the customer experience. Curates a compelling environment through bridal styling guidance, team development and establishing lasting connections with customers.

REPORTS TO: Bridal/Service Manager

SALES & PROFITABILITY

  • Supports the Store/Shop management team in exceeding sales and shrink goals
  • Partners with management team to lead service strategies to impact results
  • Focuses on strategic selling techniques to meet or exceed personal sales and conversion goals

CUSTOMER CONNECTION

  • Supports an environment of genuine customer connection
  • Demonstrates extraordinary service and styling direction, leading by example on the sales floor
  • Acts as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values and aesthetic
  • Creates a bridal styling experience that provides individual attention and engagement
  • Builds a relationship of trust and honesty to provide the unimagined experience
  • Facilitates customer correspondence and appointment setting
  • Fosters ongoing relationships by:
  • Outreach & Networking
  • Appointment Generation
  • Service Follow-up
  • Communicates a list of local resources (tailor, dry cleaner, etc.) to enhance the customer experience

  • Communicates trends, supports brand messaging and inspires the internal/external customer
  • Leads fit and styling sessions to enhance product awareness

OPERATING PROCEDURES

  • Adheres to typical day/week guidelines
  • Supports with weekly store/shop objectives
  • Is accountable to upholding all brand processes
  • Maintains a visually compelling store that is neat, clean and organized
  • Upholds all Company Policy and Procedures
  • Adheres to and develops awareness around internal and external Loss Prevention procedures
