Job Description Summary Responsible for performing production functions in the Class 100 cleanroom (core) and Finishing area according to company and departmental SOP’s. Individual will set up and operate production equipment. Individual will maintain records to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures. Individual will work in a fast-paced, safety oriented, team environment. Primary Role Responsibilities: 1. Performs environmental monitoring 2. Assit with inventory management 3. Operate Filling & Finishing machinery 4. Read and print using Documentum 5. Rack various types of vials 6. Monitors calibration of equipment 7. Inspect, pack and perform final product screening of finished goods 8. Performs production line clearance 9. Stack pallets 10. Transfer items in and out of the Media Cleanroom 11. Maintains clean and orderly area. Completes general housekeeping duties. 12. Prepare materials to be sterilized 13. Set-up filling assemblies in class 100 area 14. Operate Media floor scrubber 15. Pick-up production labels from label control 16. Pick-up production paperwork from document central 17. Perform cleaning of the Media Clean Room 18. Operate pallet jacks 19. Deliver samples to the QC Department Requirements: HS degree or equivalent. 1-3 in cGMP environment is desirable. Ability to read, understand and follow the production schedule, DMRs (Devive Master Records) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Ability to understand the importance of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO requirements. Must be able to use aseptic technique. Computer software skills including Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel). SAP and Trackwise. Must be able to manage time and maintain regular attendance is mandatory Neat and accurate record keeping. Written and oral communication skills, team oriented, attention to detail, independent working skills, strong work ethic. Must be able to work a flexible schedule with overtime and weekend work required Working conditions: A majority of the work is done in a laboratory environment. While working in the area the minimal gowning requirements are safety glasses, hairnet, steel toe shoes and lab coat. Additional responsibilities require entrance into a cleanroom environment. While working in the cleanroom additional gowning requirements are shoe covers, hood, gown, mask boots, and two pair of gloves. Working conditions can include standing for long periods of time.
