FCH Enterprises, Inc is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you are primarily responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of various types of equipment in various trades. You will be working with hand, power tools, ladders, electricity, machinery, hazardous chemicals. Able to be trained and assist in repair and maintain all aspects of a commercial building facility

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 years of experience in general maintenance or in a specific trade
• Must posses a valid type 3 Hawaii Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
• Must to work between 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Must be able to work nights and weekends when necessary to complete project
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to various locations.
• Good decision-making skills (uses independent judgment)
• Resourceful in resolving repair problems
• Willingness to learn and perform various other jobs
