Zilingo is a technology platform that is digitally transforming the fashion supply chain. At the core of its business, Zilingo connects brands with suppliers such as fabric mills and factories, globally. In addition to this, it offers a range of services to support efficient supply chain operations such as financing and credit for manufacturers, software for quality control, compliance audits and trend forecasting. We refer to this vertically integrated system as an ‘operating system’ for the fashion supply chain.
We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our rapidly growing team in Vietnam. We need an experienced leader that can add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities in the areas of manufacturing, finance and services related to the textile and eCommerce industries in Vietnam. You will be responsible for managing our Commercial and Business Development teams and ensuring they meet and exceed growth targets for this exciting market. As Head of Commercial you will report to the Country Manager for Vietnam.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to rapidly scale the Zilingo Vietnam business
- Build and manage our Business Development and Commercial teams across Vietnam and Cambodia
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and report to senior management
- Develop and scale our product offerings across fashion sourcing, software, eCommerce and more
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development
- Minimum of 5+ years managing high-growth sales teams
- Experience in the Textile, Clothing or eCommerce sectors is preferred
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- BA in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Confidence working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Intermediate English ability is required
