Sanitation Lead - Food Industry

HS/GED and 2 years sanitation, quality, or food safety experience required - Monitors and controls environmental pathogens and allergens - Understands wet and dry cleaning and verification processes to include COP, CIP, soil identification/chemical selection, dry clean methods - Complies with GMP, FDA, and / or USDA regulatory requirements in a plant role - Supports the development of sanitation systems (MSS, SSOP-s) in collaboration with management. - Executes sanitation systems (MSS, SSOP) in collaboration with plant team.
HS/GED required. College degree in food science, food technology, chemistry, microbiology, or related disciplines strongly preferred. 2 years sanitation, quality or food safety required. Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift required.
