We are recruiting for the following position(s):

Position Summary:

Full-time position available for a Chemical Dependency Case Manager for our Vancouver Behavioral Health Program located on Fourth Plain formerly known as CSNW. This is a school-based SUD treatment; adolescent intervention/prevention. 10-month position with summers off while maintaining benefits.

The CD Case Manager is a liaison between the public and the facility, organizing and providing direct counseling services to patients. Provides one-to-one or group counseling, assessment, evaluation and intakes. These services are provided to adolescent clients. These clients have a primary diagnosis of substance use disorder and they may also have mental health issues. The CD Case Manger is expected to subscribe to the disease concept of chemical dependency with the belief that total abstinence is required for ongoing recovery from alcoholism and other drug addiction.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Must have completed all the classes required to become a Chemical Dependency Professional
  • Must have completed all the practicum hours required by the State Department of Health to become a Chemical Dependency Professional.
  • SUDP/T is required.
