Functions:

* Support PGUSA by ensuring supplier created expenses are allocated to Supply base

* Primary Project will be to develop and implement a best practice procedure to identify and recover Supplier Responsible Costs

* PPAP related data collection from SQMS

* Organize recovery amounts for each supplier monthly & quarterly, and create chargebacks with supporting documentation

* Provide monthly and quarterly level status reports of both expenses incurred and chargebacks created and recovered.

* Overall the intern provides miscellaneous support to all PL team members

Education:

Student in:

Business Administration

Finance/Controlling

Necessary Skills, Certifications, etc.:

Fluent in English (oral/written)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to create reports and to be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Skills:

Strong motivation with process related mindset, as applied to problem solving skills

Supplier development working knowledge of SQMS and Supplier Chargeback System

Supplier development and/or manufacturing knowledge

Preferred Start Date:

August 6, 2018

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree

Studies outside of the U.S.A.

A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study

Available for a minimum of 6 months

Fluent in English (oral/written)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
