Level Access is looking for a Technical Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience. The Technical Recruiter will manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), sourcing and attracting candidates, interviewing, and hiring great employees.

To succeed in this role, you should collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media, hiring events, networking, and employee referrals. The ideal candidate has an HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Responsibilities

* Manage overall Corporate recruiting strategy, with a primary focus on technical and sales positions

* Update and create job postings that are articulate, professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates

* Prepare and post jobs to appropriate sources

* Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc

* Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes during the resume screening and phone screening process

* Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules; coordinating travel with the Administrative Assistant; escorting candidate to interviews

* Act as the liaison between Level Access and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions, and other details during the interview process

Requirements

* Proven work experience as a Recruiter

* Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavioral, etc)

* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - bonus points if you have used Greenhouse

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to communicate technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

* Strong decision-making skills

* BS/MS in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
