Sales Readiness Process Lead, Hospitality Cloud

The Process Lead, Sales Readiness identifies and addresses processes impacting Hospitality Cloud (HC) Sales because of new product or feature releases. The Process Lead is the primary point of contact into the Sales organization for all product-related impacts, and will be responsible for driving alignment and change into the Sales organization, and owning progress reporting out to broader Release Readiness functions. The Process Lead will work closely with HC Leadership and HC Sales Operations, as well as stakeholders in Technology, Client Services (CS), Marketing, and Finance, to help ensure that the Sales organization can execute in a timely manner the go to market strategy set by senior management. The Process Lead is an integral part of cross-functional Release Readiness led by Brandon Beall.


* Highly organized and comfortable with Project Management work

* Has a strong operations background working on internal projects

* Effective communicator with different stakeholder groups and levels of authority

* Advanced PowerPoint, CPQ and Salesforce knowledge

* Demonstrates an advanced level of written and oral communication skills

* Team Lead or Manager level experience preferred


* Oversee the creation and ongoing execution of the operational readiness checklist and assessment for Sales to standardize what attributes of a release have an impact on Sales processes.

* Lead and coordinate necessary Sales decisions across all Sales teams preparing for each go-live. The scope of this work includes gaining alignment with sales management on expected impacts, sales strategy, and associated execution.

* Identify necessary activities that must be completed to ensure Sales readiness.

* Develop project plans that document who, how, and by when critical activities will be completed.

* Develop or modify processes, Sales materials, CRM requirements, reporting, and other elements that require updating.

* Communicate expected impacts and process changes to all Sales personnel.

* Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Client Services and other departments to execute common deliverables and gather or provide input to these other groups.

* Develop sales readiness function in alignment with release readiness process and strategic direction of Cvent.

* Maintain project deliverables and report status upwards to Sales and Release Readiness management.
