Description:

The Senior Branch Analyst will assist with the development, implementation, and execution of branch and deposit operations processes for the Credit Union. This position will ensure operational efficiency for branch and deposit operations and processes. Analyst will provide direction and procedure for branch day to day processes such as opening/closing, teller work, balancing tasks, branch staffing levels and account origination and onboarding. The Senior Branch Analyst will act as liaison for branch peripheral, hardware and software requirements and requests to the IT Department. Analyst will develop and implement account origination and onboarding procedures and compliance documentation for branch and operations. Analyst will ensure deposit product and account suite are developed and implemented to adequately support member needs. The Senior Branch Analyst will also support the teller processing vendor relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development, implementation, and execution of processes that ensure operational efficiency and accuracy for branch and deposit operations and processes. Participates as a member of project TEAMs as necessary.
  • Serves as a resource for branches on day-to-day processes such as opening/closing, teller work, balancing tasks, and account origination and onboarding.
  • Acts as liaison for branch peripheral, hardware and software requirements and requests to the IT Department. Supports the teller processing vendor relationship.
  • Develops and implement account origination and onboarding procedures and compliance documentation for branch and operations. Ensures deposit product and account suite are developed and implemented to adequately support member needs.
  • Assists with conversion and acquisition efforts of the Credit Union.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Five years Financial/Credit Union/Banking experience. Bachelor's degree, equivalent to a four-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school. In-Depth understanding of credit union deposit operations procedures, products and processes.
